0755-8633-2300超級鐵硅鋁又名二代鐵硅,是采用氮氣霧化制粉技術制取的近球形鐵硅鋁金屬粉末磁芯。傳統鐵硅 鋁粉末是采用機械破碎法制取,粉末形貌為不規則三角形粉末。球形鐵硅鋁粉比傳統鐵硅鋁粉所生產的金屬磁粉芯,具有更高的直流疊加特性,及更低的功率損耗特點。特別適合于大電流工作場所,如:服務器電源,電動汽車,家用電器,太陽能光伏等領域。
其特性優勢表現在:
具有比傳統鐵硅鋁更好的DC偏流特性,,50KHZ/100mT損耗比FeSi6.5磁粉芯降低60%,價格僅僅略高于傳統FeSi6.5。
廣泛應用于服務器電源PFC電感,開關調節器電感,光伏逆變器升壓電感,一般工業電源輸出電感,在線噪音濾波等。
